Back by popular demand! Come Cross Country (XC) Ski and or Snowshoe under a February starlight sky. Join us at Dac Rowe Park for an evening of XC Skiing. You should be an experienced skier or snowshoer with your own equipment. Bring a headlamp to see in the dim light and set of warm clothes for after. Meet at the Waterbury Town Office Parking Lot between 6:00 and 8:00 pm. We’ll tour the Dac Rowe grounds by star light. Contributions welcome ...

CRNA and Green Mt Adaptive Sports will offer infra-red light based biathlon and virtual (yes virtual) orienteering for the blind and low vision as well as the sighted at Anderson Field. Come to Anderson Field on Sat. Feb 5th, 2022 from 9-11am to check us out!

If you plan on attending and want to try the virtual orienteering, and you have an iPhone-just upload the Microsoft Soundscape and a QR code will be provided prior to trying the virtual courses. If you don’t have an iPhone, CRNA will provide one for you to try the courses.

Snow Soccer returns to the Horseshoe Field in front of the State Complex on Saturday, Feb. 5. Kids from ages 6 to 16 are invited to join in the fun of playing soccer in the snow. Waterbury Youth Soccer will organize games for younger players and the Capital Soccer Club will organize a game for older kids. Parents can sign a waiver and watch the fun next to a warming fire or join in the neighboring Snow Volleyball game. Donations to Waterbury ...
