Vermont Designated DOWNTOWN PROGRAM

Waterbury is recognized as one of Vermont's 23 Designated Downtowns.  Being a Designated Downtown provides the Town of Waterbury with financial incentives, training and technical assistance supporting efforts to restore historic buildings, improve housing, design walkable communities and encourage economic development by incentivizing public and private investments.
