Allow Maggie Mae, April and Garin to be your guides as we delve into the basics of these ancient practices, making them accessible and fun. The goal is to help you find what works and feels healthy for you. What to Expect We'll share in an open dialogue format about the principles and philosophies of yoga and meditation, leaving plenty of room for discussion and questions. We'll move between practicing various entry level yoga postures and different styles of meditation. The group will be small enough that each participant will receive individual attention, ensuring proper alignment for each individual's body. The residents of Randall, Elm and Park Row streets are gearing up for a great Halloween for your ghosts, zombies, pokemon and princesses! The neighborhood streets will be closed to traffic starting around 5:00 on 10/31 to provide a safe spot for trick or treaters. The Waterbury Fire Department will also be stocked with treats (no tricks!). Masks are encouraged for all attendees! Thanks! Many houses in the neighborhood have counted 800+ trick or treaters over the past years!! Because of the number of visitors, there has been a tradition of candy donation from families who come down from the more rural side of town to join in the fun. For those interested in donating, there are Candy Donation Stations at both Brookside Primary School and Crossett Brook Middle School offices thru Friday 10/29." startDate="2021-10-31"startTime="17:00"endTime="19:00"location="Downtown Waterbury"options="['Apple','Google','iCal','Microsoft365','Outlook.com','Yahoo']"timeZone="US/Eastern"trigger="click" ></add-to-calendar-button>
